I have looked on line at the different cooking webpages they all look really good. I am hoping that some one here will have a great recipe.( And opening a can of Hormal tamales don't count.)
I am thinking of making them up for a new years party at my house.

thanks for the sites now I have to find the corn husk. We don't have many mexican people in the area I may have to take a ride to manchester or order them online.

Thanks for the offer, I just located some. Thru a produce wholesaler. He has to order them.
come up to NH for New Years that is when they are being served. If they go over well, I think one day during bike week have to have a tamale party over here at storrs pond. ( the over educated Dartmouth professors will love it) By the way it will be a BYOT and B.
