Like it says

We have some extra billit alum blocks at the shop & want to make something that will fit 90% of the bikes out there.

These will be givin out as prizes for some of my dumbass contests
It will have HCG on it somewhere

Was thinking like a gas cap or something else? Just looking for suggestions & some design ideas.

Details:

Alum is 1x3x6' pieces
Also have 2x4x5' peices to cut up
Work to be done on a cnc machine
Simple is best

What about the primary inspection cover? It's a nice place to customize.

I look for different things. Things that aren't in the H-D catalog. I get bored with that MoCo robotic shit. 2 examples of areas that H-D missed are:

Saddlebag latch inserts and the ugly washer on FLHR models.

Wide, I know what you're asking. Between CCI, DS and KA, there aren't many generic custom parts left to build. This could be a VERY cool thread. :D

Bar clamps with your logo milled in and or a small clock installed in it too.

The lower console accent. It's actually a plate about 2-1/2" square with a streamlined portion. Even included a stainless screw. Kuryakyn. $20. Stock is a 1-1/4" diamter washer with a screw. Boring.

CoolMaker just replaced his shift linkage with a billet one. His is from a RK though. Maybe he'd let ya borrow the old one.

Well, this is a fluff item but most everyone has one or needs one. What about a license plate holder?
