Oh my gosh, youre gonna love em even better homemade!
Take ground pork and brown it in a pan. Once its browned sprinkle in a few spoonfuls of flour, stir till its thick, then slowly add milk and continue stirring. Everytime you pour in some milk the sauce will go thin. Keep stirring till it thickens and add more milk. Salt and pepper and pour over biscuits.
The rule of thumb for rue is 2/2/2. 2 Tblsn grease/shortening. 2 Tblsn flour. 2 cups milk.
Enjoy!

I love SOS! But out here we make that with ground beef, not pork. Biscuits n gravy just aint biscuits n gravy unless theres some ground snout in there hehe. :D

one tablespoon of flour = one cup of gravey.. Just remember to keep stirring so it doesn't burn. You also can add hot sausage for more flavor. Don't learn to make it to well or you will have to make it everywhere you go. :D :D :D

lol thats a big no shit! I cant tolerate restuarant style b&g anymore because I know theyre using the powdered stuff. And some dare to even serve it with no meat in the gravy! Are they freakin nuts or what!?

I like to fry up 3 strips of bacon first. Then use that grease in mine.
