Call me old fashioned but I still prefer a Real Ham cooked in my oven that I put the pineapple, cloves, cherries, brown sugar and honey on, cover lightly with foil then slow cook it so I can smell all day long, I've done this outside on my grill with wood chips, but as cold as its going to be, its going to be in my oven on Sunday. Now thats a Truely Heavenly Ham. bottomsup
