I won't be at the Fall Myrtle Beach rally, but I am planning on doing the Spring Rally May 9th to 17th, 2009. I'm hoping you rebels will keep posting on what's going on down there. I'm hearing the towns on the Grand Strand are trying to stop the party?

My answer to that is to tell everyone they need to be there. I usually stay in North Myrtle Beach, but can always be persuaded to go further south.

Cool? Squirrel? Should we start the rally cry now and turn out a huge HCG attendance list?

I hate a town telling me I'm not welcome..

Myrtle Beach itself might not issue permits for vendors but most of the party actually lies outside their city limits anyhow. They have been bitching for years, nothing new.

I'm hearing that it might not be about "Harley Bike Week"? Might be a week or 2 later? Interesting....

I'm really loking for an excuse to get together with all the HCG guys and gals. Maybe we can find a nice place to congregate all at the same time. Suck Bang Blow? Rat Hole? Martys?
