Not to be outdone by those northerners, let's keep the TX Roll Call open.

I know we got a bunch and I know several are planning to make the Hill Country Run and some of us will be at the Lone Star Rally.

Let's keep the list going so we know who our Lone Star brethren are!

Austin here! drunks

Found a bad intake valve spring on the rear head. I got guy re-doing my heads for me but, half way through the job he decided to high tail it to Sturgis for a week and a half. Normally I would be pissed as hell but, since it's Sturgis, and the guy has been wrenching locally for 30 years, I'll give him a break. He should be back this weekend so, I should have the bike by Mon or Tues next week.

What's the Hill Country ride? I would love to hear about it.

Softtails are comfy but there's nothing like really FEELING the bike under you.

Especially one that's been around 18 years longer than I have. I just hope to keep her going another 54 years.

FL - (F)uckin (L)ucky to have one!

Anybody that hangs out in the parkin' lot of a Comfort Inn in Grand Prairie, TX on a 98 degree day drinkin' beer and munchin' hot wings while watchin' somebody else weld on a trailer axle certainly qualifies as an honorary Texan in my book! :P 1beer

I'm from Angleton Tx. it is about 45 miles south of Houston in Brazoria Co. I have a 03 RoadKing Police. I bought the bike used at Goe Harley Davidson here in Angleton, it had 5500 miles on it when I bought it, it has about 6500 now. I dont have any pics off hand but I will soon.

Anyway, I already had a pic on the old site of my first Harley, it was a 04 XL1200C Sportster. I sur do miss that bike for aropund town, but I sure do LOVE my RoadKing
