View Full Version : Johnson's La Casita Sauce

This is one of my best marinates for steak,hamburger or chicken.

Use either 8 or 10 oz bottles.

3 part soy sauce
1 part worcestershire
1 tablespoon salad or olive oil
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 dash of liquid smoke

Heat till dissolved and adjust to taste
Marinate meat throughout..30 mins each side
If so desired, you can baste the meat while cooking

This is great on beef tenderloins....

Sounds good to me... Is this one good for open flame grilling?

Sure is, no sugars so no sticking or turning black during the process...
