    DuPont

The DuPont Flat Black is a very Durable paint. You will have to mix it with the correct hardner. This finish resits finger prints also. You will not have to top coat it with any clear either. The color goes on very smooth and did not have any dry spots. Easy to spray

I think Firestarter's husband RoadNazi is a Dupont paint expert for Dupont. I can make her get back on here if you need some specific Dupont question answered.

BTW... Her blood pressure has been giving her real fits the last few weeks. Like scary stuff.

there is a semi gloss that is made especially for the frames on big trucks...it is called....chassis black (imagine that)....

That stuff is bulletproof.....I have used it on a bull dozer, and it lasted. It has the hardener and the reducer built in...just pore into your paint gun and spray....never fades, oil and gas have no effect on it, and cleans off with a power washer
I let my mind wander.......It never came back

paint # for hot rod black. Dupont hmv 6400, hardener hma 6405.
mix paint well what you feel in bottom of can is flatting additive.
after opening hardener make sure paper seal is back in place acts as a gasket
shelf life on the hardener very poor. Buy small quantities.
tighten the cap and store hardener upside down in a can. This will add to shelf life . Mix 2 parts black to 1 part hardener, no reducer.
