I picked up a Zumo 550, September 2007. Love it. I saw the pictures of your install on the RK Classic, looks good. I was woundering what do you use to hear the voice directions from the unit? Myself I use a bluetooth device with the 550, ( Jaw Bone ) made for high noise envirement. Works great.
