I have a 96 bagger that has a wobble in the front end at 30 mph. I have replaced the tire and had it static balanced. i have adjusted the stem baring adjustment nut and torqued it back in specs. What else could possibly be checked to stop the wobbling.

Adjust your tire pressure up and down a couple pounds and see if it helps.
