The ICE contact in your phone is a good idea but the first responders do not use it. When I went down they just started at the top of the phone list and started calling people. Most of my numbers are for work and they had no idea how to get ahold of my family.

Perhaps put it on top of the list also, call it
A1-emergency contact so it a1st on the list
