    My Beef BBQ sauce

16oz any standard bbq sauce that contains molasses and no artifical smoke flavoring

2 large cloves crushed finley chopped garlic

1 fresh finely chopped jalepeno pepper

1 bunch finely chopped green onion

    1 teaspoon black pepper

    3 tablespoons sesame oil

I usually wash the beef ribs in hot salt water and drain before marinating them in the sauce and then I cook right away, other cuts of meat I do not wash first:

Typically I smoke ribs in a coverd bbq. latey I've been using walnut wood for smoke since a neighbor cut down his tree, but my preference is old rose bush wood if I can find it - when roses get thick as hedgewood nothing beats it!

wash down with liberal amounts of beer
