years ago, I had a green and white shovel, with a suicide. I thought it would be cool to have a 14 ball, from a pool table, as my shifter handle. ....I slammed a gear one night, and turned my thumbnail purple, when it got caught between that shifter handle and the oil tank....Two weeks later, I heated up an old bowie knife, and bent it to work as my shifter....
I am using a 1907 wilkinson sword Co, bayonet, as the shifter on the knuck

Whoa, LOL. I just logged back in after a long time and saw this thread is still alive. Still running my Labriola setup and love it, I could never go back to a hand clutch now. I wouldn't expect anybody to understand.
