    Chopper build

Well, I finally took the chopper off the back burner and put it on the front. (I need the money). I tried to build this sucker with all Harley parts (mainly because I had the parts growing dust in my garage). The only thing that isn't HD is the frame, front forks, and tank. What do you guys think? I don't much care for the seat, but I haven't found a good substitute as yet. I think I'll just make one.

Hey, I saw that bike in your garage. It looks great. I like the seat too.
How much are you selling it for?

I almost cut my hair, it happened just the other day.
It was gettin' kinda long, I could've said it was in my way.
But I didn't and I wonder why, I feel like letting my freak flag fly

Looks cool Relic. I like the tank. Who made it?

    Re: Chopper build

if the bike is designed to raise money, then imho the seat stays- it's paid for.

looks good- especially for a parts bike. you should have no prolems selling it. what about tuv? has it passed?

Very nice.. Seat seems OK, but I don't like the rear wheel. Love the rear fender..

I know you don't care what I think.. But I'd ride it!!

    Re: Chopper build

Thanks for the input guys, I rode the bike today and put 200 miles on it. No leaks, no loose bolts, brakes work great. The big surprise was how it handles in the curves, shit, I almost fell asleep.

Kagan I think I bought the tank from a company called Zodiac, The steel is great and it passed the pressure test with no leaks, unlike OCC's tanks that hve the tinsel strength of Captain Kirks shirt.

Junior... I got TUV on it back in December before the laws changed. Don't ask me how.

Scooby... Thanks for the seat idea, I may just do that. I like Retro. Is that an HD seat?

Danny... You're right...I don't care what you think. lol (Rear wheel is from a 06 Night Train that I converted to a 250 tire)

    Re: Chopper build

Relic, I really like that bike. Nice job.

I'm with Junior on this just keep the seat as is, cause the very first thing the guy who buys it is going to do is change out the seat regardless of which on you have on it.
Hope for the best, but pack for the worst!
