    Looks great Junior. I'm a bit confused though about this convertible stuff. You mean you take it all apart and put the engine, trans, and wheels in the other frame (w/fenders et al.?). I mean its basically two complete bikes, not just adding some single item to make it a little different, but completely different bikes. How about the VIN? Ok, I'm rambling. Its just that I missed something. How do you do the "conversion"? Whats involved?

    essentially, all peripherals swap over. the complete front ends swap (tire, brakes, bars w/wiring), the rear fenders (again, complete with lights and wiring), fuel tanks, pipes, and seat. if you look closely, the remainder of the two bikes (drivetrain, frame, oil bag, rear tire) are identical. i have to paint the other tins in a matching black paint scheme, but essentially, the bike can easily be converted from one style to the other in a weekend.....

    It looks real good Jr. I like your idea of setting it up so that you can swap it back in a few hours.
