I quit drinking after smashing my truck into a wall on I-35 S a month ago ...

Still not losing much weight but Im working out again at least ...

I got my yearly gyn check up, my yearly dermatologist check up, and I just got my yearly family Dr. check up and my cholesterol is only 10 pts high and everything else was within range. My sugar levels were actually a couple of points low. I started taking a very potent fish oil capsule I heard advertised on XM back in early summer and have been taking 1 of these capsules every morning. I'm sure my cholesterol was worse off before taking these, as I love cheese on anything, the skin on fried/baked chicken, beer, sour cream, lots of salt, mexican food. If it's unhealthy, I'm probably eating it. I was taking them for 4 months, think I'm going to reorder. Road Nazi takes an oil cap and last year when he started them, he dropped his cholesterol over 100 pts in 1 month. I've been on RN to get his yearly check up too. Guess he gets a pass till he heals from shoulder surgery.
But my New Year's resolution after much thought is to get the state to press charges on my ex who owes me over $25K in back child support. I recently found out that he is working but has not called to let me know and tell me he would start making payments. All of which are lower amounts than the court set up after the last time he thought he didn't owe the money. I have sacrificed alot during the years of raising my kids and they have been denied a few unimportant things along the way, so I think it is due to me. But then so does the courts & state of Texas
