    Re: A little OT but...

Well I wanted to wait until Monday and post the frame completely ready for the hardtail, and my plan WAS to spend the weekend at the shop with my bud, but work calls and I'm going out of town this weekend, so here's all I have until next week sometime

The top welds are rough ground, but the bottom will wait until I have some idea what I'm actually going to do for the bottom rail

and lastly a question - y'all think can I just cut this off and patch the hole up with the welder? This dohicky don't exist on the stock SR frame

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

all that is is a fork lock.....if you are not using that, why have the lock mount sticking out there?

I had a 441 Victor, if you could get it started it would ride straight up a wall but man were they touchy to get tuned exactly right so they would start within the first 200 kicks

this girl had a few issues until I replaced the carb - now it usually starts on kick 3 cold, kick 1 warm - unless someone is watching...

its a nice problem to have. Mine is that when the weather is good I can't decide whether to take the porsche out and put the top down or take my bike out. Same when i had two bikes. When I retire I need a house with a barn so I can add more toys and a workshop.

They have these retirement communities built with a road track and airstrip. So you can take your car or bike out and run a few laps. Residents get free track privelages and they rent track time to outsiders to help pay for maintenance. Kinda like the communities built on golf courses only these are for old motorheads.
