Hey does anyone know about a company called Longevity. They advertise a Tig/Stick/Plasma Cutter for under $1500.00. Sounds like too good of a deal, just wondering if anyone has used one of these. What in you all's opinion would be an economical Tig welder to use on bike frames.

Never seen one but sounds like a lot can go wrong real quick
I use an inverter tig and love it.

I'm kind of thinking your right. I owned a panhead in the 70's that was stuck in an Indian frame, this welder sounds like the same thing. Nothing but trouble. Don't know what an inverter tig does but is this something to look for in a good tig welder?

They have their section on that site.
A few say for a hobbyist and for the price its the way to go.
Ask that same question on that site and see what answers you get
You should be able to get a Miller in the dynasty series which will do both stick and tig for around $1,500 200amp and good for anything that doesnt require high frequency such as aluminum. For a high frequency machine I run one of the Miller Maxstar's but it is about twice the cost of the dynasty series machines. But I have both in my shop and they have never given me any trouble.

Thanks for the tips, I'd rather get something that's going to last a long time. Looks like it's Miller time.

Like my tig 300/300, watercooled torches. Would really like the square wave though.
