Don't know if there's any Tour fans. I'm mostly a fan cuz I want to see Lance Armstrong win an 8th. His story is amazing having beat cancer and all.
Yesterday he blew out a tire on the cobblestone section which allowed Contadour to gain a minute on him while he replaced it. Contadour was his ex teammate who won last year after they had some disagreements.
I hoping it comes down to a two wheel duel in the mountains this year. Contadour is a strong mountain racer but so is Lance. Contadour is young and Lance is old. That gives Contadour a chance.

The big news is Frank Schleck is out after an accident so brother Andy lost his main mountain wingman, making it a pretty easy victory for Contador, unless Cadel Evans can belly up to the bar as something other than a bridesmaid for a change. I've been watching Lance all year and he's just too old. I think "has been" is the word, which is way better than a "never was". No way he can follow Contador up the hills.
