Getting a very small drip from the inner primary I think. Just broke 60,000 miles on it. Can see where it's been coming from the back of the case to the drain plug. Engine oil level goes down a little. Don't want to take it to the dealer as the last time they replaced them (26,000 miles) when I got it home it was leaking from the primary. They had never tightened 3 of the outer lower primary screws. Would like to do it myself. Question is do I need special tools to put in the seals? Can they be put in by hand? I have the service manual. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks
You can do them yourself
We have a post called homemade tools somewhere that shows a seal installer made of PVC pipe. Not that complicated but does take some patiance
