Had another follow up doc visit this morn. Ever since Feb when they found my blood sugar was inching up they been keeping close tabs on me. Anyways its come way down to average around 105 just from eliminating carbs from my food. I eat like a caveman now. My weight was down to about 183 and I got a four pack. He don't like my cholesterol of 275 and is trying me on crestor. I already tried four others that made me ache all over so bad I had to stop them. And because I'm 55 he wants me to get a colonoscopy! yikes!
My advice to young folks is stay young. Take care of your body and don't treat it like an amusement park.

You have never had a colonoscopy? I hate to admit it but I am an old pro. The prep is the worst part. Makes me hungry thinking about it.
I have a Coronary Calcium Scoring scheduled for later today. It will tell me if I am about to have a heart attack or not. Let's hope I score good. I don't think I will like a bad score. It sees how much calcium build up there is in my veins already.

I had one about 15 years ago. I didn't enjoy it. They said everything was perfect. I was the best looking azzhole they'd ever seen.
