    cover for Wide Glide

I am looking to buy a Nelson Rigg cover for my 05 wide glide.
It has a sport windshield and HD bags.
Does anyone have this brand? If so, what size works best for you.
    Not interested in other brands.
    Thanks

I have a Nelson-Riggs cover. I really like it. I have a Softail with a windshield and leather bags so I got the large model designed for baggers and it fits like a glove. Extra wide in the back for those bags and tall in front for the shield. And the length is spot-on. It's durable and doesn't "puddle-up" too bad in the rain. I strap it to the top of my rack bag when I go on trips and away from the garage. It comes with a bag that makes it easy to lash it on with bungees.
    I love mankind; it's people I can't stand.

That is really odd. I don't know how much bigger if a any a softail is but Nelson Rigg recommends a extra large for the wide glide.

Same size. That has to be what I got. Softail is based on the WG. I don't remember, I got it in 2006, but it was a big one designed for bikes with shields, etc. I'd definitely go with the XL for the WG if that's what they're recommending.
