Hands-on: Motorola's Atrix
Motorola unveiled its new Android-based Atrix 4G smartphone at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this week in Las Vegas. The device has extremely impressive hardware specifications and a strong feature set, but its most compelling characteristic is the ability to provide a desktop-like computing experience when it is docked in a unique netbook shell.
The Atrix 4G handset uses NVIDIA's dual-core Tegra 2 chipset, has 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 5MP rear camera with LED flash, a front-facing VGA camera, a fingerprint reader for secure unlocking, and a 4-inch display with a resolution of 960x540—a nice boost over the usual WVGA resolution that is common in high-end smartphones. It's a GSM handset that will be launching in Q1 with AT&T.

Motorola Xoom tablet crowned best CES gadget
LAS VEGAS (AFP) – Motorola Mobility's Xoom tablet computer powered by new "Honeycomb" software from Google was crowned the best gadget at the giant Consumer Electronics Show (CES) on Saturday.
Along with being declared the top creation at the dazzling gadget extravaganza, Xoom was also honored as the best of the scores of tablets introduced here as fresh competitors in a market dominated by Apple iPads.

cool ... my NVIDIA stock will go up more. I don't have a clue what their chips do but everthing is using them.

My phone contract is up in May and I'm looking forward to something new.
The Incredible is excellent but being able to plug in to a bigger screen and keyboard for document editing is waaaay cool. Plus 4g is out now.
Did you buy more NVIDIA? I have made a bunch off tech too. It seems so obvious that any kind of turn around is going to involve tech but people are still afraid after the dot com bubble.
I didn't even get involved with stocks until after the dot com bubble.

I am actually thinking of exiting NVIDEA. I was only in it to make 10% and then I got lucky and it jumped 100% after they signed with Microsoft and Apple. I'm a techtard so I don't undertsand their product. I guess they have the most powerful chip now and dominate the gaming and graphics sector.

NVIDEA is into processors for small devices now like cells and tablets and growing fast. Lots of folks I know are programming for them, this is besidesthe best video shit. good choice to have
