I almost cut my hair, it happened just the other day.
It was gettin' kinda long, I could've said it was in my way.
But I didn't and I wonder why, I feel like letting my freak flag fly
I think this is your code - Anniversary Copper Pearl is 98609 CVF
If you do a google search for Anniversary Copper Pearl you will see a lot of info

from what i know, the actual paint codes/manufacturers are not shared with the aftermarket- kinda like the coke formula. however, i have heard that house of kolor has come darn close with many.

Interesting JR...makes sense
I used to take autobody classes at the local college so I could use their equipment and paint booths. Fun stuff.

from everything i just learned from this slight delemier (spelling?) the best thing to do is if u can"t get the code # and an actual chip match just go with a picture of it (by that i mean your jobber should hve one of these to tell u the nearest match to something already out there) and even if its 3 stage paint it"be close enough for a small fix i would say its 96% on..heres what u got look out for,a customer had a 08 fat boy anniiversary bike with a dent in his back fender so he doesn't remove anything and wants it repaired.. tell him to get the paint and ok, from hd but he finds dr. scratch or scratch doctor paint and gets it..they told him it was called copperhead in 3 stage (how they agreed on that is beyond me) but anyway shot the red then copper pearl and stoped cause we where close after like 6-8 coats the pearl change was a way away.. oh it cost him 80.00 bucks for that mistake..so the garage i hang around at has the ppg variant mixing system and the ownners looking at '08 harley colors on the computer, comes up with golen glow (cause when it was sanded no red showed up just black under the copper) so he orders it, so in meantime i say lets call the dealer before you commit to 150$ for a 1/8 of a pint not counting the 740 black base . so i do and after giving them the vin. number all they can give me is the clor name, which is anniversary copper pearl, got to call corprate hq. for that info..tell the owner thats not you color and i couldn't get the code online,he still tried that golden glow pearl with the the black base..no luck there..so its either hd for paint or the picture, went the picture route an did good not a 100% but 98% just a differenc in the metallic depth, but its so low on the back fender its ok..but i'm sure theres a monday morning quaterback tat will notice the difference..the customer was happy and all was good...decide for yourself...
