What about to change the 80" to 88

Thanks Again to all that reply.I really don't want to spilt the cases. So without the cases being split. And having a relaiable ride, how far can I have the cylinders bored.I won't be able to do it this winter,my daughter just got out of hospital,so that took most of the funds. But the info is cheep.RIGHT. OK, so to make my ride a 88ci,what all do I have to do,what size to bore cylinders, what size pistions kit.I can do most the work myself.A few yrs back I bought a new 883,think that was in 1993,anyway I tore it down after only having 1000 miles on it,and put 1200 cylinders, screaming eagle bull heads, screaming eagle cams,s and s carb, screaming eagle module, and the bike was Very Fast. But has been a few yers sence I worked on them.I would just like to have my 1340 be relaiable and run really good. For it being 20 yrs old,it don't look like it,the guy at the harley shop throught it was a 2001,it looks that nice.Again Iam glad I found this site, people here, seem to be very knowelable. Thanks to all.RIDE SAFE.

Skip all of the kit's ! and don't worry about cc ether, you got pipes , you need a air cleaner kit , then take the heads and jugs off, send them to big boy's in Texas "one of are advertizes" he can boar your jugs and fit the pistons for you let him open the heads up a bit ,as for cams both e 27 and e 47 will work for you I think the 27 is better around town and the 47 better for highway use, next c
Sell your carb and pick up a used CV carb, add the thunder kit to it, you also need to pick up a after market module so your timing can be advance to Handel the cam and head work, you might also want to think about changing the breather gear while your in doing the cam , finish it all off with a heavy duty spring plate for the clutch and you will be rocking I have used this set up before and was very pleased with it ..
Bucket list are for Sissie, men do it while they can enjoy it
