Looking for the straight scoop

Hello All from Illinois,

I have been reading countless threads and forums about the Thunderheader exhaust. I have a 2009 FLHTC and last year put the V&H headers along with the Blackout rounds slip-ons on the bike. Although it sounds good, it's just not the throaty sound I am looking for. Countless people say the thunderheader 2 into 1 exhaust is the way to go, however I am looking at just replacing the slip-ons since I already have the header pipes and many forums say the Thundercones are too loud...is this true? can I get a confirmation on this! What about the 2 into 1 w/ the dummy pipe? Any help would be great.

I put the 1 into 2 thunderheader onto my '03 Dyna, IT SOUNDS GREAT, THROUGHTY AND NOT LOUD. I had my son ride down the street so that I could hear it. Great....
