Stiff steering

Hi all, The steering feels pretty stiff on my 94 Fatboy at slow turning, Anyone have any ideas on fixing this. Wouldn't worn bearing make it feel sloppier.

if the bearings are galled, it makes for harder effort. i'd pull it down and look- it's not much work and it's better to be on the safe side.....

OK your in FL? How often do you lube your steering head?

try playing with tire pressure a little first, grease the neck bearing , but be warned the first time might require a lot of grease to fill the cavity, and then have a look at the adjustment of the bearing

all good thoughts, but to me a set of bearings 18 years old- even if properly maintained- deserve a look....

I agree needs to come apart
