It is pretty easy really, about 3,000 in chassis mods, most of it is bolt on, some firewall and tranny tunnel mods and the car is good to handle 400 to 450HP
Some more bracing and good for over 500 hp. The car is pretty sturdy stock

Back from the party. Food came out awesome. The dogs loved the leftovers. Made a lot of people happy today, caught a nice buzz. Life is good.....

I agree but most people don't have a clue about cars anymore. Most can't even drive a manual transmission. I used to have Saab turbo's line up next to my Mustang GT and want to run. I don't think they knew what a turbo was. I even had a kid in a Pontiac Grand Am try.

A couple years ago I went with my son to look at a Subaru WRX. He took it for a test drive and the salesman said something about the car being built in Germany!! Me and my kid said "what!" and he repeated it but we kept quiet. We immediately knew we had the negotiating advantage.

Serious ricers will know but the poseurs prolly won't. And the BMW crowd won't know. I remember Paul Newman the actor/racer had a Volvo station wagon that he had a V8 fitted in. Imagine the fun you could have with that sleeper!
