    Saturday Saturday

Good morning everyone. We got a storm rolling through today and they say we might get up to 6 inches of snow. I went out earlier and got fuel for the snow blower, bought some ice melt and I raked the side yard. I'll go out in a few with the machine and clear the rest of the leaves. Give my neighbors a few more minutes of quiet time afore I start firing up machines. LOL

Good day to keep a pot of coffee nearby.

Good morning Fellas and happy snowy blustery Saturday. xo Did a lot of running around yesterday knowing that today I wouldn't be going anywhere because we would be getting snow. Have a wonderful day!

I worked around the house all morning and did another 45,000 lb challenge this afternoon, my ass is whooped
I managed to get to 40,800 lbs in an hour doing super sets of 205# deadlifts and body weight (195#) pullups
that is 17 sets of 6, I am going to get 45,000 one of these days. but this challenge is for guys half my age fucking wimps

    You're an animal Nitram.
But you missed it by 4200 lbs. Lol
I try to get some exercise but I'm wimpy as hell.

I gave my brand new snow blower to my brother in law for Christmas last year.

Hey I did my pull up routine yesterday too and we weigh about the same. Have you ever tried chaining weight up when you do that. I used to but I just do body weight now.
I can't do deadlifts anymore cuz of my knee surgery. Such a great exercise. It hits all the major muscle groups in the body.

If you can still do those "young man" workouts you're in good shape.

I had a muscle tear in my forearm that makes me Leary of adding weight to my pull ups, for the longest time it was one thing my forearm wouldn't let me do.
Yeah I think deadlifts are key to me keeping in condition, they are my go to for core
