    The worst thing about it is that I use one arm a lot less and it keeps getting weaker.
    It hurts when I put a shirt on or when I put my hair in a pony tale. I know cut my hair and stop wearing shirts.

    Back when I was playing hockey I separated my shoulder too many times and I developed what they call an impingement in my shoulder AC joint. Sounds a lot like what you have. I lived with the pain for two years. Couldn't lift my arm overhead. Couldn't sleep on my right side. But I could still hold a hockey stick. LOL

    Anyway I went to a surgeon and he fixed it. It was amazing. He went in through three little holes with a camera and a dremel rotary tool thing. He ground 10mm off my clavicle and 2mm off some other bone to open up the AC joint. He debrided my rotator cuff while he was in there. That shoulder is better than my "good" shoulder now.

    If the therapy don't work for you the MRI might show something they can fix now.

    Temps are supposed to reach 40 today and then climb each day. It feels very damp out though....

    WP I have an A.C. separation. That means the tendons are completely broken.
    But that is my right arm and it doesn't hurt.
    My left arm has a problem with the tendons in the same area. According to the orthopedic Dr and physical therapists, my bones are probably pinching the tendons. They say it's from poor posture. Sitting at a desk all day causes my shoulders to be forward all day. And being tall and old, I'm getting stuck that way.
    I'm trying to strengthen my shoulders while holding them back.
    Fighting gravity keeps getting tougher.
