Review of Avon Roadrunner Tires After 10K Miles

Removed these off a touring bike after 10k mostly interstate highway miles. Observations:

    - somewhat older tread design by today's standards
    - they are slightly wider than standard tires of the same size and the rear tire slightly rubbed on the belt/guard
    - wore remarkably evenly from a scalloping standpoint (although I'm quite diligent about correct tire pressure)
    - 40psig rear / 36psig front seemed to "feel" best riding 1-up (42 rear 2-up)
    - no issues whatsoever
