I hate those cricks. One time I had one so bad I had to get a cortisone shot in my cervical disc. cured it.

I need a vacation. heck, I need retirement.

they work if a cervical disc is bulging out. the cortisone gets rid of inflammation and shrinks the swelling and allows the disc to pop back into place.

For the first time in my life I went to a dermatologist for a full body check up of my skin. Everyone has been saying to do it especially me because I spent so much time in the sun when I was young. She said I had young skin and nothing to worry about. A few age spots is all. And a few skin tags which they'll cut off. I usually cut those off with scissors but these are in spots I can get to with one hand. Makes me think I don't need sun block no more. LOL

When I was a kid my parents told us that you go out the first day of summer and get a sunburn. That turns into a tan and then you won't get a sunburn the rest of the summer. So that's what we did. LOL

Some people thought baby oil would protect you from a burn. I never tried that. Maybe we had more ozone in the atmosphere back then so it protected our skin better.

Screw that sun stuff, a little is fine but between the beach a convertible and a bike riden with a wife beater with the sun off the ocean I had enough

I may turn into a goth
